Digital Account Manager, Jakarta
Job Description
Fleishman-Hillard Jakarta has an immediate opening for a Digital Account Manager to join our team. The position provides a fantastic opportunity for a digital professional to play a highly dynamic regional role supporting the offices in our South East Asia region, and coordinating with our regional headquarters in Hong Kong. Candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will have exposure to global clients.
Work with internal PR and digital strategists to develop and execute integrated communications programs for clients in Jakarta as well as across Asia.
Act as the main point person to manage the client relationship, setting realistic goals for deliverables, approvals and timelines.
Create the project management documentation, including statements of work, execution plans, editorial calendars and media and community engagement plans.
Source and manage reliable suppliers and vendors. Juggle multiple parties to ensure that programs are executed smoothly, at a high quality and on time.
Gather all the pieces of cross-media communications programs to create client reports, summarizing activities undertaken and goals achieved.
Manage, guide, and nurture internal teams.
Manage the P&L of individual client projects.
Qualifications
3-5 years in account and project management experience.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results.
Understanding and ability to link digital/interactive/new media strategies and tactics to traditional corporate or marketing communications in a logical and compelling manner.
Excellent relationship skills with internal teams and clients and an ability to generate results from all levels of the organization.
Online marketing or communications experience, working with clients in a corporate environment internet professional services firm, or advertising/marketing/PR agency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate well and be flexible and precise under aggressive deadlines.
Team player who brings a passionate, positive, high-energy approach to client service and delivering results.
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and present the ROI of integrated communications projects to stakeholders.
