FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirement:
- D3/S1 from reputable university
- Fresh Graduate with minimal GPA 1.79
- At least 1 years of experience in cost project, Tax and general accounting
- Having strong background and knowledge on accountancy standard, finance and accounting system.
- Familiar and understand VAT report and submission
- 1 year working experience or more (preferable in Telecommunication industry)
- Good in English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
- A detail orientated individual with positive attitudes
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and organization skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Scope of Work:
- Preparing proper customer invoicing , VAT invoice and Invoice report list
- Monitoring and administering AR (make sure the collectability of AR)
- Preparing, checking and monitoring payment voucher for supplier/ subcontractors.
- Liase with subcontractors/ suppliers for payment
- Responsible for finance activities such as Petty cash operational, preparing Bank reconciliation, Cash flow report, VAT reconciliation, cheque issuance, employee expense claims
- Administering Fixed Assets, tracking and control capital expenditure and monthly depreciation calculation
- Any other matters relating to support company’s administration function
