Accountant
Job Description:
Handle full set of accounts
GL & sub-ledger reconciliations and month-end closing of accounts
Handle tax administration and ensure tax compliance
Provision of support to statutory audit
Inter-company balance reconciliations
Handles cashflow and annual budgeting
Performance periodic analysis of financial performance
Preparing schedules of accounts
Maintaining fixed assets schedules
Process sales commissions and staff claims
Ensure timely submission of monthly management reports to Singapore HQ for consolidation
Any other ad-hoc task on accounting
Pre-requisite:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
5-8 years of accounting experience
Proficient in Ms Excel and Word
Experience in Accounting System. Knowledge in Accpacwill be an added advantage.
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Candidates who are available immediately or within short notice is advantageous
